Submit a Repair Request

Step 1: Review Best Bath Systems Warranty Repair Policy

Note: All requests for warranty repair claims are reviewed and given careful consideration. As outlined in the Warranty Repair Policy, all warranty repair claims are subject to approval by the warranty department.

Step 2: Email the Warranty Department warranty@best-bath.com

Please note in the subject line of your email:
"Request for Warranty Repair – (Name of your Company)"

To speed up the processing of your submitted request please include the following information. Remember – the more complete the information provided, the quicker the response.

Best Bath Systems invoice number or packing slip number
Your Purchase Order # (if applicable)
Model# and Quantity of the item/s requiring repair.
(BBS part number is located on your packing slip or invoice)
If submitting a repair request do to freight damage, include date of delivery, name of freight carrier and carrier’s pro#
Provide a detailed written description of the damage
Your contact information including phone number

Note: If available please include pictures of the damage along with your email.

Step 3: The Warranty Department will review and investigate your warranty claim. You will be contacted within 2 business days as to the outcome of the investigation.

If your request for warranty repair is approved – you will be contacted by the warranty department for additional information.
