All warranty repairs must be pre-approved by Best Bath Systems Warranty Department.
All items must be inspected by the customer upon receipt of shipment.
All requests for repairs due to concealed damage must be reported to Best Bath Systems Warranty Department within 5 business days of receipt of shipment.
All requests for repairs due to freight damage must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery and reported to Best Bath System’s Warranty Department within 5 Days of receipt of shipment.
Installation and construction damage is not covered by Best Bath Systems warranty.
All repair requests are subject to investigation by Best Bath System’s Warranty Department and may require picture documentation of damage as deemed necessary by the warranty department.
After a claim is approved by the warranty department, the warranty department will locate a Fiberglass Service/Repair Company. All scheduling of repairs is at the discretion and availability of said repair company.
Best Bath Systems will issue a Warranty Repair Work Order and Purchase Order for all approved warranty repairs.
Best Bath Systems will not be financially responsible for any repairs completed without written authorization from Best Bath Systems Warranty Department.
